Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost/Method

  • MMKollection offers complimentary insured standard shipping on orders of $100 or more delivering within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Orders under $100 shipped within this region are subject to a flat standard shipping rate of $7.95.
  • Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated at checkout. MMKollection provides insurance for these orders at no additional cost to the customer.
  • An expedited shipping option is available at checkout for a flat rate of $35 and is limited to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost.
  • We currently do not provide International shipping.
  • All items over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.

 

Shipping Time

  • With our complimentary standard shipping option, we ship via UPS or USPS. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and your location. In addition, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are out of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • We offer an expedited flat rate shipping option at checkout should you need. Orders placed by 1:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on observed holidays will ship the next business day. Please note that the expedited 1-2 day delivery window begins once the carrier receives the package. Carrier delays may occur and are outside MMKollection's control.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • In the unlikely event that a package is verified as lost, stolen, or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier for a full refund. Please note that MMKollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. All shipments provided by MMKollection include insurance coverage and claims will be sent to the carrier. If you need to submit a shipping claim, please email us at support@mmkollection.com or message us on our Contact Us page. Make sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. 
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to MMKollection due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.
